Ana Lins dos Guimarães Peixoto, known as Cora Coralina, was a Brazilian poet born in 1889, recognized for her poetry and culinary skills. Despite knowing her poetic talent early on, societal expectations led her to focus on family life. It wasn’t until her sixties that she embraced her passion for poetry, gaining recognition from fellow writers and publishing her first book at 76.
“I’m that woman who climbed the mountain of life, removing stones and planting flowers.”
