Located at the base of the spinal cord is the first chakra known as Muladhara, Root Chakra, or Red Chakra. This chakra is associated with the color red, symbolizing our sense of grounding and security.
Ascending up the body, we encounter the second chakra, Svadhishthana, Sacral Chakra, or Orange Chakra. It is linked to the color orange, representing our creativity and sexual energy.
Next in line is the Manipura Chakra, also known as the solar plexus chakra or the Yellow Chakra. This chakra is associated with the color yellow, symbolizing our power and confidence.
Moving forward, we approach the fourth chakra, Anahata. The Anahata, Heart Chakra, or Green Chakra, situated in the center of the chest, is connected to the color green. It signifies our capacity to love and form connections with others.
Continuing our journey, we reach Vishuddha, the throat chakra, or the Blue Chakra. It is represented by the color blue and signifies our ability to communicate and express ourselves.
Following that is the sixth chakra, Ajna, the third eye chakra, or the Indigo Chakra. Positioned in the center of the forehead, it is linked to the colors purple or indigo, symbolizing our intuition and spiritual vision.
Lastly, we arrive at the seventh chakra, Sahasrara, the crown chakra, or the Purple Chakra. Located at the crown of the head, it is associated with the colors violet or white, symbolizing our connection to our higher self, power, and the divine.
