Booking a free consultation may seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. At Total Health and Fitness in Draper, we want to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible for you.
When you schedule a consultation, you’re not committing to anything. It’s simply a chance for you to discuss your goals and see if our program is a good fit for you.
Here’s what you can expect during your free consultation:
What to expect during your consultation:
During your consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your goals with a professional. This is not a test – it’s a chance for you to learn more about our approach and decide if it aligns with your needs.
Step one: Fill out a short form
Provide your contact information, main goal, and any additional details you think are important for your coach to know.
Step two: A team member will call you
After you submit the form, a team member will reach out to schedule a time for your consultation. Be sure to answer the phone when they call.
Step three: Your in-person visit
Your in-person consultation will take place at our Draper studio and last approximately 45 minutes. Here’s what you can expect:
1. A tour of the facility
Take a look around the studio to see if it’s a comfortable environment for you. We want you to feel at ease during your workouts.
2. Body composition analysis
Receive a free InBody body composition analysis to help track your progress. This is a quick and non-invasive process.
3. Discussion with a Nutritionist/Trainer
Meet with a professional to discuss your goals, previous efforts, and realistic timelines. Be honest about your lifestyle and constraints.
4. Sample meal plans and workouts
Review sample nutrition and training plans to get an idea of what your program will entail.
Addressing common concerns:
During your consultation, there is no pressure to commit to anything. Pricing will be discussed, but you are free to take time to consider your options.
Building your personalized program:
After your consultation, our team will work with you to create a personalized program that fits your goals and lifestyle.
Starting with Total Health and Fitness means signing up for a program that focuses on nutrition, exercise, and weekly accountability rather than just a standalone diet plan. The nutrition plan is led by a Registered Dietitian, with one on the Draper team. When you come in, wear comfortable clothes, bring your schedule, and any questions you have. If you have medical concerns, be sure to mention them. During your visit, ask about who you’ll be working with, what a typical week looks like, and how progress is measured. If you live outside Salt Lake County, there’s an online option available. The consultation is free and includes a body composition analysis. You don’t need to be fit to start, and you can bring your spouse or a friend if you’d like. If you’ve struggled with programs in the past, be upfront about it so a customized plan can be created for you. The visit is meant to give you a clear understanding of where you’re starting and what the structured plan will involve. If you decide not to start, you can always book another appointment later.
