Australian actor Chris Hemsworth is well-known for his muscular physique, especially in his role as Thor in Marvel movies. Recently, he shared a glimpse of his chest workout on Instagram to prepare for the upcoming film “Thor: Love and Thunder,” set to be released on July 8, 2022.

Hemsworth, 38, not only focuses on his acting roles but also on maintaining his fitness for various action films like “Red Dawn” and “Extraction.” He even launched a fitness app called Centr to share workout and nutrition tips with his fans.

In the intense workout session he shared, Hemsworth emphasized the importance of intense training and encouraged his followers to join in the high-energy routine. The workout consisted of four different exercises performed in a giant set format, totaling 16 sets. Hemsworth recommended taking a one-minute rest between each round for recovery.

The exercises included Incline Chest Press, Seated Chest Press, Cable Flyes, and Wide-Arm Push-ups, each done for four sets of 12 or 10 repetitions. The actor showcased his dedication not only in the gym but also in his diet, reportedly consuming up to 10 meals a day to bulk up for his role as Thor.
