✨ Embarking on my manifestation journey, here’s what’s supporting me ✨
Lately, I’ve been immersing myself in the practice of manifestation, and it’s truly transforming how I perceive, feel, and engage with my life.
In the past, I viewed manifestation as mere “wishing” or wishful thinking, but now I understand it as aligning my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with my desired outcomes.
For those of you who are curious or just starting out, here’s what has been effective for me thus far:
Commencing my day in alignment
Before you rush into your day, take a moment to pause. Breathe. And affirm to yourself:
💫 “Universe, reveal to me the best possible outcomes.”
It may be simple, but it has a profound impact. It opens you up to receiving, trusting, and welcoming positivity without resistance.
I then incorporate a brief affirmation that resonates with what I need for that day:
🔹 “I am open to receiving ease and joy.”
🔹 “I trust that everything is unfolding in my favor.”
🔹 “I am aligned with my most confident self.”
This small ritual grounds me before I begin my day, setting my internal frequency to one of abundance.
Ending your day in alignment too
Similar to the morning routine, your mind is most receptive just before sleep; this is when your subconscious is most open.
Before bed, whisper an affirmation such as:
🔹 “I am grateful for all that is unfolding for me.”
🔹 “Everything I desire is already on its way.”
🔹 “I rest in trust and peace, knowing the universe is working on my behalf.”
This practice helps maintain alignment of your dreams, thoughts, and energy even while you sleep.
5 Tips for beginners in manifestation:
1. Clarify your desires
Be precise. Instead of stating “I want success,” say: “I feel proud of my creative work and receive abundant compensation for it.“
2. Speak as if it’s already yours
Use phrases like “I am…” and “I have…” as your new affirmations. “I already live in alignment with the life I desire.“
3. Establish a simple daily ritual
Whether it’s journaling, breathwork, or a morning affirmation (like above), find a small way to connect with your vision each day.
4. Act as if it’s already real
Seeking to manifest confidence? Begin by walking, dressing, and speaking as if you already possess it. You don’t wait for the manifestation, you embody it.
5. Trust the timing
Release the need for immediate results. Your energy is sensed by the universe. Stay rooted in trust and allow space for things to unfold.
