Wouldn’t it be beneficial if you had a method to look inside the body to comprehend the root of your issues?
What if I informed you that you do?
Take a moment to stand in front of the mirror. Observe every part of your body, starting from the hair on your head and moving downward to your toes. What observations can you make?
- Is your hair lacking luster?
- Are the whites of your eyes truly white? Do you notice puffiness and heaviness around your eyes?
- Observe your skin. Does it have a radiant appearance?
- Focus on your arms and hands. How do your nails look? Are they strong and shiny, or do they appear fragile?
- Shift your attention to your midsection. Are you carrying excess weight? Do you notice fluctuations in water retention?
- Now, trace down your legs to your knees and feet. Can you stand steadily or do you find the need to hold on for balance?
Our bodies’ external appearance serves as a reflection of our internal state.
Every experience manifests first on an energetic level. If issues are left unaddressed, they can escalate and lead to more significant problems—manifesting externally or causing discomfort within the body.
These “symptoms” are messages from the body. Whether it’s under-eye bags, brittle nails, or extra weight, your body is signaling that something is amiss energetically. By tuning into these signals, you can begin to decipher the messages your body is conveying. Understanding these messages allows you to respond with self-care: rest for recovery, nourishing foods for support, and Qigong practice for revitalization.
