The human mind is a complex entity that operates on both visible and invisible planes. Much like subatomic particles such as electrons and positrons, it consists of dynamic, moving energy. While the physical body is easily perceived in the three-dimensional world, the beliefs that form the foundation of our mental structure remain hidden from view.
Our minds are selective in what they choose to engage with, often leading us to confront negative emotions and feelings without fully grasping their origins. How can we address this challenge? The solution may seem straightforward, yet it is not always easy to implement: alter your beliefs to change your perception! Consider this analogy – just as you can switch between TV channels to watch different programs, you have the power to choose which beliefs to adhere to. The airwaves that transmit these beliefs are ever-present, much like the invisible forces that surround us. So, the question arises: what kind of content do you wish to display on the screen of your mind? Which beliefs do you wish to tune into?
As Buddha wisely stated, “We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.”
