This article aims to delve into the topics of meditation, consciousness, and reality, providing insights, perspectives, and a deeper understanding of one’s true self.

The thought-provoking subjects covered in this article may challenge your beliefs about the nature of reality. The goal here is not to dictate a certain viewpoint but to present high-quality content for profound contemplation. Ultimately, the intention is for you to tap into your intuition and discover your own truth.

INTRODUCTION

The intricate connection between human consciousness and physical reality has been a topic of interest in quantum physics since the early 20th century. The traditional belief in a material universe gave way to the realization that everything is composed of energy and intertwined with consciousness.

Quantum physics teaches us that energy and consciousness are interconnected, entwined in a cosmic dance. This concept echoes the wisdom of ancient sages who emphasized the inseparability of the mind and the world.

Atoms, the building blocks of physical matter, are actually energy vortices in constant motion and vibration. Human consciousness has the power to influence the vibration, expression, and even the structure of atoms.

“

The day science starts exploring non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in a decade than in all the previous centuries. To understand the true nature of the universe, one must think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.

”

~ Nikola Tesla

Visionaries like Albert Einstein, Max Planck, and Werner Heisenberg have shed light on the idea of a conscious universe governed by an intelligent force. They have expressed:

“

All matter only exists by virtue of a force…We must assume the existence of a conscious and intelligent Mind behind this force. This Mind is the matrix of all matter.

” ~ Max Planck

“

The universe is not only stranger than we think, it is stranger than we can think.

” ~ Werner Heisenberg

Finding Happiness in the Present Moment

Believing that material possessions or wealth can bring lasting happiness leads to disappointment, as these external factors are transient and subject to change. True happiness is not found in the external world but within oneself, in the present moment. Life flows like a river, and trying to cling to its current causes suffering.

The source of genuine happiness lies in the present moment, where change is irrelevant. While experiences come and go, true joy is rooted in connecting with one’s inner self in the now, rather than dwelling on the past or future. This aligns with the wisdom of Dudjom Rinpoche, a revered Buddhist master:

“Real enlightenment is found in the pure awareness of the present moment, where truth and contentment reside in the heart.”

In reality, there is only a continuous moment to experience. Peace, love, and fulfillment can only be truly felt in the present moment. This underscores the importance of meditation in staying present, avoiding distractions of the mind that pull us into the past or future, and focusing on the reality of the now to discover our true essence.

Understanding Time as an Illusion

The future is merely a concept, while the present moment is where true existence lies. Your body is anchored in the present through the breath, which can only experience the now, unlike the mind that wanders through time with its thoughts.

“Time is a human construct because: The human body, YOUR human body, exists in all three “times” – past, present, and future. Consider a clock: the person you are now, in the present, will soon be in the past in a minute. Simultaneously, that current self will be the future self in a minute. Essentially, your current self will become the past self in a minute, demonstrating that the future self becomes the present self and then transitions to the past self. Thus, it is the MIND, not the body, that maintains a singular time – the present. It is the mind, consciousness, or perception that anchors us in the present. In essence, only the mind can be in one time at a time – the present. Everything else, like objects and bodies, exists in one time at a time, highlighting that time is a perception, not a force or dimension.”

The past, although gone, leaves behind memories with each breath. The present moment is the only reality accessible to us, where everything unfolds in the now.

Key Points:

•     The past and future are mental constructs.

•     Time is a convenient measure of ever-changing circumstances.

•     Time exists only in the mind.

•     The present moment is an eternal field stretched out into infinity.

•     All experiences unfold in the eternal now moment.

From birth to reading these words to taking your final breath, every moment is now. The essence of life is always in the present.

By anchoring your attention on the breath and the present moment, you can detach from thoughts and tap into the reality of the eternal moment. With a focused mind, distractions fade away, revealing insights into the nature of reality and your true self.

“In the stillness of the mind, the universe surrenders.” ~ Lao Tzu

“When you transcend your thinking mind to realize your pure, timeless, ever-present awareness, the illusion of time dissolves, freeing you from the conditioned cycle of time, change, impermanence, and suffering.” ~ Buddhist teaching

Self realisation course

You Are the Sky

You are the vast blue sky,

The world of change and time are fleeting clouds passing through,

Clouds appear,

Clouds disappear,

Yet the expansive blue sky remains constant,

Clouds rely on the vast blue sky for existence, but the sky stands independently of clouds.

Are you the cloud?

Or are you the expansive blue sky?

The still present moment is like the unmoving vast blue sky, beyond the reach of intellect. To truly grasp it, you must feel it with your heart, connecting with your inner being and presence.

Feel it deeply from within – from your essence.

Embracing the Present Moment

Question:

What defines the analytical mind?

Answer:

The analytical mind:

•      Analyzes

•      Judges

•      Observes

•      Remembers

•      Compares

•      Rationalizes

•      Organizes

The purpose of meditation is to transcend the analytical mind and experience the simplicity of the present moment with pure awareness.

ATTENTION

is a facet of your being that you can control.

What is attention, exactly?

Psychological Definition: Focused awareness

Esoteric Definition: A stream of consciousness, concentrated energy.

Meditation for cultivating a stable attention:

STEP 1 )

Sit quietly and take charge of your focus, directing your attention inward.

STEP2)

Similar to watching a television screen, observe your thoughts and emotions with detachment and serenity.

STEP3)

Focus on your breath and feel your body, connecting with every muscle and cell through your awareness. The magic lies in experiencing your inner world without judgment or labels.

“Meditation aims to shift our consciousness beyond the analytical mind into deeper levels of awareness.

” ~ Joe Dispenza

IN MEDITATION, WE MOVE FROM :

•      Distraction to clarity,

•      Fear to love,

•      Individuality to connection,

•      Survival mode to growth and repair mode,

•      Transcending limiting emotions to embracing expansive emotions like joy, freedom, and love,

•      Embracing the unknown over clinging to the known,

•      Being in the timeless present rather than being bound by time,

Moving beyond analytical thinking and entering…THE PRESENT MOMENT !!

Cultivating mindfulness and awareness of the present moment induces a healing state in the body. Experience the vitality and pleasure of dwelling in this space.
